July time

Hmm - sorry it's been a while since we posted. It's been a busy few weeks - vacationing in Atlanta, Sunset Beach, and Charlotte, visiting family and friends. Banner has accomplished rolling over in both directions, though she chooses not to practice this skill often. She's also done with laying down - only babies do that! - and wants to sit (unassisted for brief spurts) or stand (assisted) all the time. She feels the need to grab everything and taste everything. Hopefully, one cup of coffee in my lap was enough to teach me to keep things out of her reach, but I'm sure we'll have more fun experiences like that. She's all smiles these days. except, of course, when she's avoiding naps. Overall she's lots of fun!
Here she is hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park over fourth of July weekend.

  3. Wow! What wonderful family and friends! Grandma Nelson just loves the smiles and the studious looks of little Banner. She wants to learn and experience everything now, doesn't she? What a doll!
